The movie stars Hema Malini, Parikshat Sahni, Jagdeep, Padmini and Bindu in lead roles.The movie Aansoo Aur Muskaan comes up as a drama packed typical bollywood movie that revolves around a family drama story. The movie focuses on the life of a young girl called Radha ( Hema Malini ), she belonged to a poor family and lived in a small town on a hill station. One day a tourist Mahesh ( Parikshit Sahani ), came on a holiday to that hill station. He was blown away by Radha’s beauty, soon Radha was also attracted towards her and hence they fell in love. They even shared a physical relation on the promise that he would Radha waited for him for a long time but Mahesh never returned back.Thus, thr girl searches him, then after story takes a turn when he refuses to recognise her.Radha couldn't bear this shock and commits suicide, leaving behind laxmi.Laxmi lives with Anwar and one day they win a lottery of 2.5 lacs. Anwar is killed by people after them and Laxmi remains. Greedy Mahesh then tries to convince Laxmi that she is her daughter.What happens then? A mystery. The movie is good and was popular.
The music of movie is given by Kalyanji and Anandji.Songs are great and are sung by Mukesh.
